Terms of Service.
1. Pickup and delivery
Our online ordering system may allow operations that exceed the notes and restrictions in PICKUP AND DELIVERY in the system. (e.g. deliveries outside the canton of Zürich).
Please note that we assume that you have read and understood the PICKUP AND DELIVERY before placing your order, so we cannot be held responsible for any customer disadvantages caused by orders outside the restrictions.
2. Shipment
Goods to be mailed have a shelf life of three days at the time of dispatch. The mailing method is A-Post Priority Mail, which usually arrives in one day.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for shortened or expired expiry dates due to postal delays or for lost items in the post.
3. Availability of goods
The shop undertakes to fulfil the sales contract only within the limits of available stock.
If the goods are not available in whole or in part, the customer will be informed by our shop as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for such unavailability and may terminate the sales contract in whole or in part, in which case the Customer will be refunded promptly.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website and the online store are quoted in Swiss francs and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
5. Product photos on the website
The information and images displayed on the website are for information purposes only and are not binding on the product content. Please note that some products, such as decorations, may be subject to change due to availability or seasonal reasons.
6. Cancellation policy
Cancellations or changes to orders must be notified by phone or email at least three days before the preferred date of receipt. We will only refund 100% of your money if we confirm the cancellation at least 3 days in advance.
7. Exchange / Return policy
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Any goods claimed due to quality defects or damage must be reported within 24 hours and returned to our shop within 48 hours.
